Biography
Heather H. Boyd, Ph.D., leads a portfolio that supports team and research development focused on pre-submission quality review and improvement. She has worked in private industry as well as for University of Wisconsin-Madison, Cooperative Extension and Virginia Tech. She holds a certification from the American Academy of Certified Public Managers and is a member of the National Organization of Research Development Professionals (NORDP), the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), and has formerly held offices in the American Evaluation Association (AEA).
